happy. hoping i can do more lsd training and run  a 8K at a sub 7 min. pace.

Happy with yesterdays run .
 Sub 7:00 min km's.(6:59 - but that counts.
 Need to get my training to a higher level. Longer runs that are followed by shorter runs the next day . Long slow distance should be my focus for the next couple of weeks. I need to get my body used to running 10ks and maybe a little longer 12K.  
 Speed is not an issue, Distance is. Overall body strength is.

Yesterday, had a day off from running - biked 30K approx.  distance.   My bike computer needs adjusting -  perhaps a new battery. 

Today ,  I did a decent run.

 i   took a short  holiday from blogging.  
Today I cycled - approx 25K .   And gave some thought to my new goals.

 Monday = I did  a 5.15 Km   slow training run.

Yesterday =  Tuesday  -  a longer run -   happy with this one.

 A 'crazy" day.
 Did lots more than i had planned.

 This morning did 1 hr Yoga class at Lululemon . Biked to class  and back home. 
Heavy rain and got soaked going to class.

Walked in the afternoon to Starbucks for a coffee and pastry.

  Great weather in the late afternoon- Blue skies and 26C .

Ran in the late afternoon – 5PM.. Ran slowly, Happy ....

July 8 Tuesday.

JennyMoscrop run distance 6.31K the last 250 M were in very heavy rain. Made ti home soaking wet. I  had to wring the water from my clothes , and my shoes are totally water logged. .. The true distance  of my run was 6.31K. I had problems with my  Garmin GPS.,,. Think MMR -( Map My Run) is more accurate than Garmin. But i like the timing and pace feature that Garmin offers. Time for supper.\\

MONDAY JULY 7

Happy , i was able to motivate myself to put on my shoes and do a run. I have been feeling blah and not wanting to run. Getting in my run is at the moment is a challenge. Muggy / humid ruuning conditions

In the late afternoon, cycled out to LeMoyne  Point . 
Past week, I slacked off . Its time into get in a Training mode.
