Friday September 5



Have been experineucng  some up and down weeks. My training has dropped off .  I am hoping to get on track .

\Hoping to run in 2 weeks tiem in the  Toronto Zoo 10K. September 20.
I need to put in 2 weeks of solid training .  
 Late afternoon i ran ( pleased with this)
