Busy Curling and Running

Goals:
 To  "Blog" my running & Curling goings on.

Goal: Curl all my games
I curl 3 times a week at the Cataraqui Curling Club.

To improve my running distances.
Have a few runs in mind for 2018 - 5K run, 8K run, and a 10K run.
