Saturday -- 7 April, 2018

 Trying to get back into run training.
 Need to focus on daily runs,  yoga, and strength training. 
 Daily Cycling and Swimming once a week. 
Need self discipline to get the runs and workouts done.

I would like to run 10k in Toronto, and a  5k in the fall.  Lots depends on how fit I can get and whether my body wants to go these distances. 

Ran today. Good. 

I am interested in running in the San Francisco 10K - that would have to be next spring.
